  • Must be able to qualify for a loan in 18 months or less

In our process we have mortgage brokers conduct an assessment of how long it may take for you to qualify for a mortgage and if you have the money for a downpayment. The assessment usually takes 24 to 48 hours. You decide which mortgage broker you want to work with.  Once we have a thumbs up from the broker we will then set up a time for you to see the property. We will also use the questionnaire to send you other properties if available.
